Session in a Bottle

The first of our Intelligent Training Aid products. Yes we know hydration while poolside is important and you should always have a session with you when swimming un-coached and now you can have both.

Your warm up and subset read around the top of the bottle, your choice of main set is read down the column, mid bottle and a warm down again reads around the bottle.

Distance options on each bottle as follows;

The General (Black Bio Eco Bottle)
General Fitness FC Work - sessions start at 2km and finish at 3km with technical pointers.
The 38 (Pink)
Long Distance - would be helpful for a swim event based around 3.8km.
The Run One (Yellow)
A 6 week loose training plan gearing you up for a faster 5km or 10km. Ideally you can run for 30min continuously before starting this to get the best from it.

The screw-on cap features a leak-proof pull lid. The striking triangular form of the cap guarantees a secure grip. The bottle has a large fill opening and is easy to clean – 750cc.

The New Black replacement 'General' Bio-Bottle is made from polyethylene and a revolutionary master batch additive. The master batch works by encouraging and supporting the bacteria present. Sunlight and heat do not affect the process. Composting begins in a land fill facility, the process takes 1-5 years. Our first Eco Bio Bottle.
